Event Day: Getting In

Everything you need at the door is in My Tickets.

Before You Leave

1. 1.Log in to Rally and open My Tickets
2. 2.Open the ticket for tonight's event — your QR code is right there
3. 3.Optional but smart: add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the ticket page, or download the QR as an image

At the Door

1. 1.Open your ticket (or wallet pass)
2. 2.Turn your screen brightness up
3. 3.Show the QR code to the door staff — one scan and you're in

Good to Know

• •Each ticket has its own QR code. Bought for friends? Either transfer their tickets to them in advance, or have everyone enter together while you scan each ticket
• •QR codes scan once. After you're checked in, the code is used
• •Phone dead or QR won't load? Door staff can find you on the attendee list and check you in manually — have your name and ID ready

Buying at the Door

Some events sell remaining tickets at the door — the host's door staff can take card or cash on the spot and check you straight in.
