How to Contact Your Event Host

Contacting an Event Host

Hosts answer questions about their own events — set times, door policy, table service, accessibility, refunds. Here's the channel that actually reaches them.

Open a Support Ticket

  1. 1.Go to the event page (or your ticket)
  2. 2.Choose Get help / Contact host
  3. 3.Pick a topic — refund, transfer, lost ticket, event info, accessibility, or general
  4. 4.Write your message and send

Your message goes straight to the host's support inbox for that event.

Tracking the Conversation

  • Every ticket has its own thread page — you'll get a link, and you can find all your tickets under your support history
  • The host replies in the same thread; you can reply back and forth
  • Tickets have a status: open → in progress → resolved. Replying to a resolved thread reopens it

What About DMs?

Direct messages on Rally are friends-only — you can't DM a host you're not friends with. For event business, the support ticket is the right channel anyway: it's tied to your order and event, so the host has context.

Host Not Responding?

Give them a reasonable window — hosts are often busiest right before their event. If it's urgent or you're getting silence, email support@discoverrally.com with the event name and we'll step in.
