Transfer Your Tickets

Can't make it? Transfer your ticket to a friend directly in Rally — it's built in and secure.

How to Transfer

1. 1.Open My Tickets and select the ticket
2. 2.Tap Transfer
3. 3.Enter your friend's @username, email, or phone number
4. 4.They get a link to accept or decline the transfer

What Happens Next

• •Your friend must accept the transfer — it isn't instant
• •When they accept, the ticket moves to their account and a brand-new QR code is generated
• •Your old QR code is deactivated the moment they accept
• •If they decline (or you cancel before they accept), you keep the ticket

Things to Know

• •Some events don't allow transfers. If the host turned transfers off, the Transfer button won't be available
• •You can have one pending transfer at a time per ticket
• •Transfers are free

Why Not Just Forward the Email?

Don't. The QR code in a forwarded email still belongs to your account, only scans once, and is killed if a real transfer happens later. The Transfer flow is the only way the door will reliably let your friend in.
