You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When you purchase tickets, you enter into a binding contract with the event organizer, not Rally. We facilitate the transaction.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Rally charges service fees on ticket purchases. These fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to other users through the platform. Original purchaser remains responsible for ticket use until transfer is complete.
Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's refund policy. Rally does not guarantee refunds.
If an event is cancelled, refunds are processed according to the organizer's policy. Rally fees may not be refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except for small claims court or injunctive relief. You waive your right to a jury trial.
