2. 2.You're in line — waitlists are first come, first served

When a Spot Opens

• •The next person in line gets an email automatically
• •⏰ You have 30 minutes to complete your purchase from the moment that email lands
• •Miss the window and the spot rolls to the next person in line — you'll go back into the queue

Making the Most of It

• •Watch the inbox of the email on your Rally account (and its spam folder) after joining
• •Keep a payment method ready in Link/Apple Pay/Google Pay so checkout takes seconds, not minutes
• •Waitlists can be per-tier — you can be waiting on VIP while GA is still available

Honest Expectations

A waitlist spot isn't a held ticket — it's a place in line. Whether a spot opens depends entirely on cancellations and refunds for that event.
