Refunds on Rally
Each event sets its own refund policy — Rally doesn't impose one. You'll see the event's policy on its page before you buy.
The Three Policies
- •Standard — the host considers refund requests
- •No refunds — all sales final for this event
- •Custom — the host wrote their own terms; read them on the event page
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are reviewed and issued by the event host:
- 1.Open the event (or your ticket) and start a support ticket to the host — choose the "Refund" topic
- 2.Include your order details and why you're asking
- 3.The host reviews it and can refund your full order or individual tickets
You can track the conversation any time from your support ticket thread.
What Gets Refunded
- •Refunds return the ticket price to your original payment method
- •Service fees are non-refundable on all refund types
- •Partial refunds (a single ticket out of a group order) are possible
Automatic Refunds
Two cases don't need a request:
- •Event cancelled by the host — every order is refunded automatically (ticket price; fees are non-refundable)
- •Event rescheduled — if the new date doesn't work, you can self-refund your ticket from My Tickets
Timing
Once a refund is issued, it goes back to your original payment method. How fast it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
