Can't Find Your Tickets?

Your tickets are saved to your Rally account — they're never "lost," even if an email goes missing.

Check My Tickets First

1. 1.Log in to Rally (web or the app) with the phone number or email you used at checkout
2. 2.Open My Tickets from the menu
3. 3.Every ticket you own is there, each with its own QR code

Tickets are tied to your account, not to an email. If you can log in, you can reach your tickets.

Check Your Email

We also send a confirmation email after every purchase:

1. 1.Search your inbox for "Rally" or the event name
2. 2.Check your spam/junk folder
3. 3.Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email on your Rally account

Still Can't Find Them?

• •Make sure you're logged in to the same account you bought with — if you sometimes log in by phone and sometimes by email, those can be different accounts
• •Check with the friend who bought the tickets — if someone else purchased for the group, the tickets are in their account (they can transfer yours to you)
• •Email support@discoverrally.com with the event name, purchase date, and the email/phone you used — we'll track down the order
