Payment Methods

All payments on Rally are processed by Stripe, the same payment platform used by millions of businesses.

What You Can Use

• •Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• •Apple Pay — on Safari and iOS
• •Google Pay — on Chrome and Android
• •Cash App Pay — pay directly from your Cash App balance
• •Link — Stripe's one-click checkout if you've saved your details before

All charges are in USD. If your card is from another country, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.

Security

• •Your card number is never stored on Rally's servers — it goes straight to Stripe
• •Payments are PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted end to end
• •⚠️ Only ever pay inside Rally checkout. If someone asks you to send money to a personal Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle for a ticket, it's a scam — Cash App Pay is only legitimate as a payment option on the Rally checkout screen

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. The ticket price is refundable per the event's policy; service fees are not. Bank posting times vary by issuer.

Payment Declined?

1. 1.Double-check card number, expiry, and ZIP code
2. 2.Try another method (Apple Pay / Google Pay / Cash App Pay often succeed when a card is being fussy)
3. 3.Contact your bank — they sometimes flag new merchants
