What Rally actually does to keep the platform safe — and how you can help.

Payment Protection

• •Every payment runs through Stripe — your card details never touch Rally's servers
• •Hosts must complete Stripe onboarding before they can sell paid tickets, which means a payout identity is attached to every paid event
• •⚠️ Never pay for tickets outside Rally checkout. Anyone asking you to Venmo/Zelle/Cash App them directly is a red flag — legitimate payment (including Cash App Pay) only happens on the Rally checkout screen

Content Moderation

• •Text across the platform (messages, comments, profiles, event posts) is run through an automated filter that blocks slurs and hate speech
• •Uploaded images and videos are automatically screened for explicit content, graphic violence, and hate symbols before they go live

Report & Block

See something wrong?

• •Report any event, host, profile, photo, or comment — reports go to the moderation queue, and content that gets multiple reports is hidden automatically pending review
• •Block any user — blocked users can't message you or appear in your social surfaces, in either direction

Smart Attendee Habits

• •Buy only through the event's Rally page
• •Check the host's profile — their past events and following are visible
• •Read the refund policy before buying
• •Keep conversations on-platform, where moderation applies
