Where Your Tickets Live

Every ticket is stored in your account under My Tickets (web and app). Each ticket shows:

• •The event name, date, time, and location
• •Your ticket tier
• •A unique QR code

How the QR Code Works

• •Every ticket has its own unique code — even in a group order
• •It scans exactly once at the door, then it's used
• •If you transfer the ticket, your code is deactivated and the new owner gets a fresh one — this is why screenshots and forwarded emails can't be trusted as tickets

Wallet Passes

From any ticket you can:

• •Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone)
• •Add to Google Wallet (Android)
• •Download the QR as an image

Wallet passes are handy backup if the venue has weak signal.

Giving a Ticket to Someone

Use Transfer from the ticket page — it's the only supported way. The recipient accepts, ownership moves to their account, and the door scans *their* new code. Forwarding your email or sending a screenshot will get someone turned away.

Lost Access?

Tickets are tied to your account, so logging in from any device brings them back. See "Lost Phone or Device" for the event-day version of this.
