Breathe. Tickets live in your Rally account, not on the device. Any phone or laptop that can log in can show your QR code.

Get Back In (2 minutes)

1. 1.Borrow any device — a friend's phone works fine
2. 2.Go to discoverrally.com and log in with your phone number or email (you'll get a 6-digit code)
3. 3.Open My Tickets — everything's there

⚠️ If your login method was SMS to the lost phone, use your linked email instead. (This is why linking both is worth 30 seconds — see "Logging In".)

At the Venue, No Device At All?

1. 1.Go to the door and give your name
2. 2.Door staff can find you on the attendee list and check you in manually
3. 3.Bring photo ID

Locked Out Completely?

Lost the phone AND can't reach your email? Email support@discoverrally.com from any address with your name, the event, and purchase details (card charge screenshot helps) — we'll verify you and get you sorted.

After the Dust Settles
