Logging In to Rally

Rally is passwordless. There's no password to remember — and none to steal.

How Sign-In Works

1. 1.Choose Continue with phone or Continue with email
2. 2.We send you a 6-digit code (text or email)
3. 3.Enter it — you're in. New here? Same flow creates your account

About the Codes

• •Codes expire after 10 minutes — grab the newest one if you requested more than once
• •There's a short cooldown between resends, and a cap on requests in a 30-minute window — if you hit it, wait a bit and try again
• •Never share a login code with anyone. Rally staff will never ask for one

One Account, Two Doors

You can attach both a phone number and an email to your account (Settings → add and verify the second one with a code). After that, either method logs into the same account.

Highly recommended: with two contact methods, losing access to one never locks you out.

"My tickets are gone!?"

Nine times out of ten: you logged in with a contact method that isn't linked to the account you bought with (phone one day, email the next = two separate accounts if they were never linked). Log in the way you did when you purchased — then link both methods so it can't happen again.

Your @Username

Your public handle for friends, profiles, and referral links. Set it in your profile.

Trouble Getting a Code?
