Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your Rally account yourself, right from the app.

How to Delete

1. 1.Go to Settings
2. 2.Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
3. 3.Confirm

⚠️ This is permanent. There's no undo and no recovery window.

What Happens

• •Your login is destroyed immediately — the account can never sign in again
• •Your profile, posts, follows, memberships, and referral links are deleted
• •If you have order history, those financial records are kept (as required for payments/tax purposes) but anonymized — your name, email, and phone are scrubbed and replaced so the records no longer identify you

If You Host Events

Your personal details are scrubbed from any organization you own. Important: wrap up your hosting life first —

• •Cancel or hand off any upcoming events (once you're gone, no one can manage them)
• •Cash out your wallet balance
• •Settle any team/promoter payments

Before You Go

• •Active tickets die with the account — transfer any upcoming-event tickets to a friend first
• •Unspent reward points are lost
• •Deleting the app ≠ deleting your account — this Settings flow is the real one

Just Need a Break?

Log out (Settings → Log out) and Rally goes quiet. Your account will be waiting.
