QR Check-In

Door scanning happens in the Rally app (one app — your door crew uses their own logins):

• •Point the scanner at an attendee's QR → green = in
• •Each code scans exactly once — duplicates and already-used tickets bounce automatically
• •Banned users are blocked at scan time

Scanning is permission-gated. Give your crew roles that include door access: door staff, security, event manager, admin — or accepted event-team members.

Manual Check-In

Phone dead? Email typo? Find the attendee by name on the attendee list and check them in by hand. Ask for ID when you do.

Door Sales

Selling remaining capacity at the door is built in:

• •Sell in person for card or cash
• •Optionally check the buyer straight in as you sell

Banning Someone

Need someone out and kept out? Ban them from the event — their ticket stops scanning and they can't re-enter. Use it for safety issues, chargebacks-in-progress, or door policy violations.

Invites & Guest Lists

• •Invite links — generate shareable links for comps/VIPs; recipients claim their spot through the link
• •Guest list on the event page shows attendees' friends who are going and a total count — the full buyer list stays private to you and your team

Filling No-Show Spots

Refunded tickets automatically offer the freed spot to your waitlist — keep the waitlist on for sold-out events and the door fills itself.
