You can opt in to receive Rally SMS messages through any of the following methods:
1. Ticket Checkout
When purchasing tickets on Rally, the checkout page asks for an optional phone number. Checking the SMS opt-in box enrolls you to receive your order confirmation, ticket QR codes, and future event alerts from the host.
2. Host Profile — Text Alerts
On any event host's profile page on discoverrally.com, tap the "Alerts" button, enter your phone number, and check the consent box to receive SMS notifications when that host announces new events or ticket drops.
3. Account Settings
Logged-in users can enable or manage SMS preferences at any time from their account settings under the Notifications section.
4. Verbal Consent (In-Person)
A customer may provide verbal consent in person. An employee presents the consent process as follows: "Would you like to receive SMS notifications from Rally for event updates and promotions? By providing your phone number you consent to receive marketing and transactional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time." Upon agreement, the phone number is recorded and a confirmation SMS is sent.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the hosts you follow. You may receive up to several messages per week during active event periods. We aim to send only relevant, timely messages.
Rally does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
